Most days you can find me in comfy clothes (yoga pants ARE real pants) at home with my youngest. Sometimes I get dressed for real. 😉 I'm into singing along with YouTube karaoke tracks, hanging with my family, moving all over with the military, and crocheting occasionally.
I LOVE oils. We use them all day, everyday. They are essentials for us! I am passionate about helping moms care for their kiddos well - not waiting till they are sick to do something about their health. We are responsible for these little humans! And I want everyone to know there is more to wellness than trying to not get sick. We are charged with these little bodies, and keeping them well and functioning properly.
There's so much we can do for them. That's where Young Living comes in.
The starter kit was our gateway to a toxin-free home. I'm keeping hormone disrupting chemicals out of my kids' bodies, and helping them live their best lives. As much as possible... considering they only eat chicken nuggets, tacos, and burgers.

How To Use Essential Oil Roller Bottles:
Using your oil in roller bottles will save you money by making your oils last longer and the dilution does not weaken the essential oils at all. It actually helps to get the oils where you want them. You will be able to apply them where you need them, and then rub them in better. Who doesn't want a massage??
Add 15-30 drops of essential oil (or oils) to a 10ml Roller Bottle
Fill rest of bottle with carrier oil of choice (jojoba oil, fractionated coconut oil, grapeseed, sweet almond oil, etc).
Add top and slowly roll in your hands to mix, label the bottle, and you are ready to roll!
(Thirty drops are for adults. For kiddos, I add 8-10 drops to a roller bottle. Remember, you can always add more if you need to! Start small and work your way up.)
Tips for Roller Bottles
-Roller bottles can be rolled onto just about any body part with a few exceptions. Keep away from eyes, inside ears and mucous membranes to prevent irritation. Favorite places to roll oils on are bottoms of feet, neck, behind ears, wrists, temples, chest, spine/back and belly.
-You can use single oils in the roller bottle, like peppermint, lavender, tea tree, or frankincense. Having these oils diluted in a carrier oil ready for application will be a real time and money saver.
-You can use any pre-made blends as well. Valor makes an amazing roller bottle! Start with 15 drops of your favorite pre-made blend, then add the carrier oil. If using on a child, you may want to start with only 10 drops of essential oils.

Suggested Ratios According to Usage
